Thank you for shopping with Laconfiance Beauty . We take pride in the quality of our skincare products and want you to have a positive experience. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Important Notice About Fulfillment

Our products are fulfilled and shipped through a third-party manufacturer and are produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns once an order has been processed or delivered, except in cases of damage, defects, or errors.


2. Eligible Refunds & Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your product arrives damaged

  • Your product is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

Reporting an Issue

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos (and/or video) showing the problem

Claims submitted after this period may not be approved.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and manufacturing reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after use

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Sale or promotional items (if applicable)


4. Returns

Because products are custom-produced and shipped via a third party manufacturer, physical returns are generally not required.

  • Approved refunds or replacements may be issued without requesting the product to be returned

  • If a return is exceptionally approved, return shipping costs will be communicated in advance


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Replacements are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins

  • Once an order has entered production or shipping, it cannot be cancelled
